AADA: "Meeting without a tie" - a useful dialogue

The development of the automotive sector in Azerbaijan, the study of existing problems and their solutions, the renewal of the country's car fleet, environmental protection, improvement of road safety, as well as driving and pedestrian culture among the population - all these topics were discussed at the meeting of the Azerbaijan Automobile Dealers Association (AADA) (August, 2021). The meeting was organized at the initiative of the AADA Board in one of the most popular tea houses in the capital. Despite the informal format, referred to as a "tie-free meeting", given the ideas voiced and the exchange of views, the event did not lag behind the official meetings - live and virtual conferences of the association. The meeting discussed the work done by the association and identified the most important areas of the association's activities in the near future. It was noted that one of the priorities of AADA should be to cooperate more closely with the media to form a positive public opinion around the initiatives aimed at developing the civil car market in the country. Emphasis was placed on the importance of establishing new types of communication and ongoing cooperation with the legislature and the executive to achieve the goals of the organization. The participants of the meeting noted that despite all the difficulties, they insist on achieving sustainable development in the country's automotive sector, increasing sales and maintaining jobs. There was a sincere conversation and exchange of useful experience between car dealers. It was decided to communicate with AADA members in this format on a regular basis.
