Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control State Service and AADA


The current situation in the auto transport sector was discussed, the necessity of strengthening the dialogue with business associations was noted in order to achieve the development of the sector.

A meeting was held with representatives of the Azerbaijan Automobile Dealers Association (AADA) at the Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control State Service under the Ministry of Economy.

In the meeting attended by the head of the State Service, Mammad Abbasbeyli, and the chairman of the AADA Board of Directors, Natig Zarbaliyev, information was provided on the measures implemented to ensure the efficient operation of market subjects in the environment of free competition in various fields of the economy. In order to achieve the development of entrepreneurship, the importance of joint cooperation in the fields of competition, consumer rights, and quality infrastructure was emphasized in dialogue format meetings with business associations.

The meeting also discussed the development of the car transport sector in the country, the formation of the modern car market and the challenges faced by the sector, as well as the prospects of mutual cooperation.
