The next AADA meeting took place this week.
The meeting considered a package of proposals prepared by the organization to be addressed to the Cabinet of Ministers and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Double taxation when buying and selling cars through the "trade-in" system of official dealers, different tax opportunities for individuals importing cars or "gray" dealers, the experience of temporary import and re-export of cars of foreign countries, environmentally safe ways to strengthen control over the import of unusable cars, the effectiveness of the participation of licensed service centers in the process of car inspection, directing the car business to individual and corporate customers, stimulating the emergence and development of innovative services such as "car-sharing", promotion of hybrid and electric cars, etc. Topics such as were the subject of discussion. The members of the association expressed their views in a constructive dialogue.
