In the pre-martial period in our country, A.Mammadov did not fulfill his obligations in a timely and proper manner, so a lawsuit was filed against him in the Nasimi District Court, and only after that the delayed obligations were fulfilled.

Regarding the confiscation of a leased car Mammadov Azer Gurban oglu from his yard by Azermash while he was in military service, we would like to inform you that on November 9, 2020, Anar Gurban oglu Mammadov was detained by MTPD officers while driving a leased object. IXP No. 3623149 was drawn up, brought to administrative responsibility and the car was placed in the parking lot of MTPD.

As A.Mammadov noted in his video speech, in connection with his voluntary military service and his injuries, we note that Mammadov Anar Gurban oglu did not volunteer for military service and was mobilized on September 30, 2020 (Reference issued by the Nasimi District Office of the State Conscription Service) is added. Extract Epicrisis dated October 26, 2020 submitted by military unit 230 shows that Anar Mammadov applied to the medical unit on October 11, 2020 and, according to him, 5 days before the date of application (only the 6th day of service). According to Mammadov, he was not wounded during the operation, but was temporarily released from military service due to stomach and intestinal diseases, as well as diseases of the liver and blunt trauma to the abdomen and soft tissue.

All this and the fact that payments were made only after appealing to the Court in the pre- war period prove that A. Mammadov was abusing the current situation and his goal was to evade responsibility. Despite the above, Azermash has not taken any measures to influence Mammadov Anar to fulfill his obligations by until the end of the Patriotic War.
